Please leave the venue in the condition you would expect to find it.
You are responsible for your tidying up, this includes returning tables & chairs to storage, & sweeping/cleaning up as necessary.
The entire building is No Smoking.
No naked flames with the exception of a small numbers of candles of the type typically used on a birthday cake.
Payment is in advance.
A deposit of £150 may be required, and may be retained for a period of up to 7 days, see circumstances as below

Deposits for ad-hoc bookings.
Unfortunately on a small number of occasions, the community centre has been left in such a way as to impact subsequent users, and/or resulted in extra cleaning/maintenance time & costs.
In order to try and prevent this from happening, and mitigating when it does, the committee has decided to take a refundable deposit under any of the following booking conditions.
~ The booking is a one off event finishing in the evening.
~ The booking is for a celebration of some kind.
~ The booking involves the consumption of food or alcohol.
NB Where damage has occured requiring professional services to rectify/repair, we reserve the right to retain the full deposit for a period of 7 days to allow for such quotes to be obtained.
